Vaccines
It is recommended to present the international proof of vaccination against yellow fever and also the vaccines against Hepatitis A (in two doses, and when taking the first one, the person will already be immune), against tetanus and typhoid fever.
It is important to inform that vaccines must be taken in advance – in the case of yellow fever, up to 10 days before the trip – so as not to be surprised by the lack of any of them when searching for hospitals.
Passport and Visa
Brazilian citizens who intend to visit Turkey for tourism, thanks to a bilateral agreement between the governments, are exempt from obtaining a prior visa, and can stay for a period of up to 90 days, renewable as long as the total stay does not exceed one hundred and eighty days per annum. The visa is obtained at the port or airport upon arrival, and its cost is around US $ 20.00. It is only necessary to have a Brazilian passport valid for 6 months
