In order to guarantee the safety and well-being of all during the easing of the quarantine in the State of São Paulo, from 9/1/2020, the face-to-face service at Omint units and service centers follows the following schedules:

• Vila Omint: 10 am to 14 pm;
• Customer service desk Hospital Sírio-Libanês: 08 am to 17 pm;
• Customer service desk Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein: 07:30 am to 16:30 pm.
• Berrini Unit: 10 am to 14 pm (for refund).
• Rio de Janeiro Unit: 10 am to 4 pm. Lunch break: 12 am to 13 pm;

We also clarify that entry will not be allowed to:
• Animals;
• People without a mask.
